Licensing

Mortgage agents and brokerages in Ontario are licensed under the Mortgage Brokerages, Lenders and Administrators Act, 2006, and regulated by FSRA. You can verify any licence on the FSRA public licence search at fsrao.ca.

Disclosure before you sign

Before you sign, you will receive written disclosure of the lender, the nature of our relationship with the lender, any fees or compensation, material risks of the mortgage, and the cost of borrowing. For private mortgages, additional risk disclosure is provided as required by FSRA.

Conflicts of interest

We work for the borrower. Any compensation we receive from a lender, and any conflict of interest, is disclosed to you in writing.

How to make a complaint

Step 1: Contact Meshesha Robel directly by phone at 647-342-1355 or by email at MROBEL@MESHESHAGROUP.COM. Most concerns are resolved quickly.

Step 2: If the issue is not resolved, contact the principal broker or complaints officer at Mortgage Alliance, FSRA Brokerage Licence #10530, who will acknowledge and review your complaint under the brokerage complaint handling procedure.
